Architectural History and Conservation Consultants (AHC) offers specialist advice to everyone working in the historic environment. As a small and independent consultancy, AHC is able to offer the tailored and supportive advice needed to ensure positive conclusions. We take on both large and small projects, for clients ranging from private individuals through to developers and bodies such as English Heritage. The core AHC team consists of consultants Professor Timothy Mowl, and Doctor Carole Fry. Both offer many years of experience working in and studying the historic environment. Support from a wider team of associate consultants means that AHC is able to address all issues arising from management and development of the historic environment. The skillset we offer is unique, covering many different disciplines within built environments as well as historic gardens and landscapes. Established in 2006, AHC combines a strong academic background with practical, commercial skills.
