Ahlstrom Associates Llc

My name is Robert Ahlstrom and I provide a general management advisory service whose mission is to help small to medium size companies succeed. Working with the owner I help them identify the aspects of their business that are functioning well and those business practices that need fixing. Examples of business practice include workflow processes, operational control, customer acquisition and retention, vendor relations, and others. Many of the identified issues I can address based on my own training and experience. However, it is unethical to represent oneself as an expert on all aspects of business practice. Therefore, once identified I can help address any remaining issues by utilizing the network of business professionals that I have developed over the years. Ahlstrom Associates' mission is easily stated – help small to medium sized companies succeed. While easily stated the achievement of this objective does not lend itself to a cookie cutter approach since every situation is unique. Many business consultants, advisors, and coaches approach their clients with a solution looking for a problem to solve. Bob believes that it is usually more effective to understand the problem first and then find the right solution.
