Worked as principle design engineer for leading London consultancies since 1987, responsible for a variety of projects in the residential, commercial and education sectors. It is my aim to achieve efficient and cost effective engineering solutions at all times for large or small projects With years of experience on design management, structural and development feasibility studies, surveys of existing defective structures, dealing with high and basic end residential projects. Technical experience includes new Hybrid Building structures in reinforced concrete, timber, masonry and steelwork for projects ranging in construction cost from £25M - £150K, Worked on numerous design and build projects with contractors." What do we do? We provide structural engineering consultancy from inception to completion, working closely with Architects, Builders and directly with Clients. We carry out surveys of existing structures, provide advice on status of structural elements when alterations to existing fabric is required, refurbishment or new build projects such as new homes or conversions including lofts and extensions.
