Media Planning and arranging implementation of voice, data, VC & Internet communication network for the corporate sector- Coordinating with PTCL for the last mile and National/Int’l WAN on leased data circuits & PRI/ISDN/DXX. Setup PABX, Modems and Bandwidth Manager eqpt. Installation, Interfacing and upkeep of data circuits and interface to PTCL Nodes & Co-location center- Telecom BTS infrastructure setup services for Terrestrial Microwave, Cellular Turnkey & WLL systems including, Site Surveys, Civil (Incl. Soil investigation & , drawings) and Electrical works, Erection of Foundation, Grounding, Towers, Antenna & Transmission Lines. BTS/Radio racks, Signal & Power Wiring/shelters including delivery to site- Regulatory Advisory Services for Administrative & Technical Coordination including PTA & FAB licenses, Frequency allocations and interface procedure management. Handling client’s management needs and interface with /telecom regulators- Defining Procurement for Telecommunication requirement of client’s special applications and placing orders to USA/European vendors. Visiting vendors overseas for Inspection of Telecommunication equipment ordered and taking delivery. Arranging shipment of equipment from overseas to client in Pakistan- Overseeing vendors as a consultant on behalf of client and managing their contractual performance to the entire satisfaction of the client. Assisting clients in defining vendors/service providers and in technical meetings for optimum solution- Regulatory Advisory Services for Administrative & Technical Coordination including PTA & FAB licenses, Frequency allocations and interface procedure management. Handling client’s management needs and interface with /telecom regulators.
