Starting out as an incubated project within USWA (Unique Stream for Workable Alternatives) we aspire to bring together the visions and ideals of the junior medical community in the Middle East; to motivate the decision makers of tomorrow towards informed medical health awareness, on the way to building a health system devoid of the drawbacks of the past, and prominent in research, technology and ethics. With efforts spanning Medical Education, Clinical Research, and Technology in Medicine, ahya SY aims to build self-sustaining micro-projects in each field; start-up goals for Medical Education encompassed studying the incorporation of PBL (Problem-Baised-Learning) into medical school curricula, and for Clinical Research raising awareness about Evidence Based Medicine and creating research.
