AI Energy was also licensed by Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC), under permit number 1371410, in January 2009. It was later licensed by the Petroleum Commission, Ghana under permit number PC/001165/B/07-15R to provide services to the Upstream Petroleum Industry in Ghana.
