Our approach combines research-based psychological knowledge with AI technology to break communicational barriers within organizations. The goal is to offer pre-emptive measures for workplace well-being, support workers in work-related communication challenges and provide coaching for self-leadership to reach higher work-well being and enhance individual, team and organizational productivity. Our team of professional psychologists are building a data model for fine tuning the cutting edge open-source Large Language Models (LLM's) to create a personal virtual workplace assistant that offers instantly available support for each employee. In the training of our AI-assistant we are utilizing scientific principles of human interaction which point towards achieving the efficiency of seasoned psychology professionals in communication. In the future, our goal is to utilize the assistants to aggregate anonymous information about the status of different organization units in work well-being and current problems. This data is then visualized to offer real-time knowledge for better decision making to overcome the internal challenges companies face consistently.
