Aicor Digital Interventions

Aicor is a small workshop that helps international development funders and their impact delivery partners design, deploy, and keep alive digital tools that work in the field. Since 2009, Aicor has grown from managing physical assets to helping organizations manage digital ones. The early focus on property and venture development shaped our practical, build-and-fix approach, which we now apply to digital infrastructure in the development sector. We build new systems, repair and adapt existing ones, and help programmes move from pilot stage to steady operation. We also assist teams to link their systems with financing, policy, and data-sharing arrangements so that they can continue to function after the initial project phase. Aicor’s role is practical and long-term. We focus on what keeps systems alive: consistent data flows, local capacity, and integration with existing platforms.
