Aidal 31 is a temporary work integration company (ETTI). The agency aims to support people who are remote from employment and resolve issues that may constitute obstacles to sustainable employment. The lifting of the peripheral brakes is essential for the success of the courses. Aidal 31 aims to put back to work men and women approved by Pôle Emploi who are covered by integration mechanisms (long-term job seekers, beneficiaries of minimum social benefits, people without resources, people without qualifications, seniors in difficulty of reconversion, residents of priority areas of the city, people with disabilities.)
