We support a network of handpicked, independent and expert associates within the safeguarding, looked after and SEND arenas who can- undertake diagnostic, deep dive audits to identify areas in need of development and improvement in preparation for Ofsted inspection, providing case by case feedback and helping to develop service standards- provide detailed improvement plans for specific areas of safeguarding practice - design and deliver bespoke training and coaching opportunities for senior social work managers, their staff teams and their support officers - provide experienced interim managers to support the development of effective social work and SEND teams - provide experienced and expert IROs and CP conference chairs as both a whole service and as a spot purchase response - provide highly trained and experienced independent social workers to undertake complex assessments for Court - provide high quality Regulation 44 visiting services to children's homes - provide advocacy services for looked after children, child subject to child protection plans and unaccompanied children (including providing age assessments of children (Merton compliant)- provide professional, discreet supervised contact services for families engaged in public and private family proceedings Aidhour Associates are based across the country, enabling us to provide our customers with cost effective programmes which are matched to their identified need.
