Aiding Your Success is the consulting company originated by Tom Carpenter after selling his environmental construction services business in 2006; and ultimately the marketing rights for ScourStop transition mats in 2009. Tom has developed and successfully taken 4 major products/companies to market over the last 30 years. He has a diversified background and extensive experience in all four business functions. Tom's skills are probably best realized in helping companies develop new products, and/or to develop new business opportunities with creative and innovative thinking. This begins with using his experience to correctly organize and analyze the current situation, and then creatively extrapolate strategies to build on the solutions. The creation and development of the tommy Silt Fence Machine propelled Tom in the environmental services business, where he became a nationally recognized expert on erosion and sediment control.
