Aiffinity

AI|ffinity is a Prague- and Brno-based lab-in-the-loop TechBio startup uniting nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), artificial intelligence (AI), and cheminformatics to accelerate drug discovery and protein engineering. Our discovery engine couples ultra-fast 1D ligand-observed NMR with rapid 2D protein-observed NMR to read out atomic-level interactions from both sides of the binding event, enabling confident hit identification and hit-to-lead optimization. For structure determination, our NMR-AI platform combines 3D/4D/5D NMR experiments with AI-driven software to extend the practical limits of NMR, performing exceptionally well on proteins above 20 kDa and intrinsically disordered proteins. By shortening experimental cycles and enriching structural insight, we help teams make better decisions, faster-improving success rates while reducing cost.
