Aim Hire With Dignity

Aim Hire. Our mission is to facilitate the job placement of individuals who are facing the immense financial pressures of supporting a Jewish home. Through employment grants and extensive networking, we are providing our Job Seekers with an opportunity to rectify their situation with a sense of dignity. Rather than having those in need feel as though they are “charity recipients”, we allow them to earn their income with pride. We provide grants to Job Benefactors who have joined our mission, and the Tzedaka money ends up in the right place through our salary subsidies. Most of our candidates struggle to secure employment due to their age, and inexperience networking. As an expression of gratitude for accepting an Aim Hire candidate, we offer to subside 40-60% of a candidate’s salary for the first 3 months of employment. According to the Jewish philosopher Maimonides, the greatest level of charity is to find employment for a fellow Jew, strengthening his hand and allowing him to be self-dependent.
