Aimers Africa is a Social Enterprise specializing, in holistic Human Capital development and aims to “inspire and empower young people to succeed, become responsible citizens, compassionate leaders, and to live their dreams” Our programs assist young people in becoming high achievers; promoting healthy relationships in the home and in the community; and preventing destructive social behaviours such as substance abuse, violence and crime. Vision We aim to become the number one, prestigious and recognized human capital development organisation, in Africa, empowering young people to succeed and serve as catalysts of change in their communities. Mission We Exist to inspire, motivate and educate young people, through innovative and strategically designed models and approaches that enable them to, think big, take action and innovate new ways of enhancing their lives and society. We achieve our objectives through our youth development programs, teacher and other professional development seminars, parent training workshops and the many other special projects we embark on. We understand that low self-esteem, doubt, fear, and uncertainty can often be the greatest barriers to a student’s achievement, so we encourage young people to believe in themselves, and provide them with the tools they need to succeed. Our programs are designed to give young people the opportunity to develop their unique abilities, build relationships and find relevance in their educational experience.
