Ainsworth Lord Estates Ltd

We specialise in offering a bespoke service to Landlords with any number of properties. We cover East Lancashire & Liverpool and surrounding areas. As landlords ourselves we understand precisely the key needs of the Landlords whose properties we manage. We pride ourselves on the superb service we can offer. We currently manage properties in the North West for clients all over the UK and parts of Europe. We work closely with a variety of organisations including LPA Receivers, Lenders, Insurance companies and vaious Local Authorities. We operate a common sense policy and treat all our clients' properties as though they were our own. We believe in putting customer service first. By looking after our tenants, landlords and their properties we can deliver maximum returns on their property investments. We work out of hours including Evenings and Weekends as normal. We're not the typical 9-5 outfit. We go out of our way to meet customer needs and aim to exceed their expectations as a matter of course. We operate a strict policy when it comes to tenant selection and believe this is where most other companies and landlords make mistakes. So if you or someone you know is not getting the best from their investment then you need to speak to us. Not only will we save you money, we'll make you a lot more than you're probably getting now from your property(ies). Call us now on 01254 609981 (24hrs)
