David Ainsworth, Sr. took over operations of Young Trucking in Corpus Christi, Texas on April 15, 1994 and with a group of investors closed on the purchase July 14, 1994 and transformed it into Ainsworth Trucking. July 14, 1997 we sold out to Peak USA and David Ainsworth, Sr. continued to run their South Texas operation until September 15, when Peak USA exited Ainsworth's current premises that we have occupied since 1996 and Ainsworth Trucking L.P. dba Ainsworth Trucking continued taking care of their customers needs 24/7/365 with their "Central Dispatch" located in their Robstown, Texas facility.
