We were founded by Grandmaster Aiping Cheng, one of the world’s authorities in Chinese martial arts, and three-time winner of China’s National Tai Chi Championships. Grandmaster Cheng's disciple, Shifu Shirley Chock, aka "The Stressbender" took over the school in 2017 and has grown it into an international brand. In addition to Tai Chi and Qigong lessons, we offer wellness programs with effective stress management techniques to improve productivity and overall quality of life.
