AirComm Consultants Ltd has been providing building services design and commissioning services for various projects throughout Otago and Southland since 1996. At AirComm we are proud of the high quality service we provide, cost effective design solutions and our attention to detail. Recent projects we have been involved in include the provision of building services design and documentation for The Shore and The Club apartment complexes in Queenstown; Lister Home and Hospital in Waimate; Commonage Close Apartments in Queenstown; Quest apartment development in Invercargill; Dunedin Mitre 10 Mega Store; The Brothers Boutique Hotel and numerous Dunedin Hospital and Otago University projects. AirComm also provides HVAC commissioning services giving us an in-depth (hands-on) knowledge of building services systems, installation requirements and potential design pitfalls. Recently commissioned projects in Dunedin include Dunedin International Airport redevelopment; Mitre 10 Mega Store; Arana Hall (new accommodation block); Centre for Innovation Air Conditioning Upgrade among others. We also provide commissioning services throughout Otago and Southland, recent projects include Queenstown Airport Extension; Queenstown Courts Building; Civic Theatre upgrade (Invercargill); Otago Prison at Milburn.
