We are a Perth based Air Conditioning Company Specialising in Commercial HVAC Commissioning and Balancing. Our Company was established in 2004 and our Company Director Faizal Gordon has been involved in the Commercial Air Conditioning Industry for over 20 Years. He has extensive experience specialising in Installation and Commissioning of Commercial Air Conditioning and Ventilation systems. Aircomtech is a Family Owned, Operated and Oriented Small Business. Our main contracts are gained through larger Mechanical Services companies. Where we provide our service in a sub contract capacity, in new construction and building refurbishments work. We also carry out specialist Building Air Surveys, Dilapidation Reports and Plant Operational Reporting for Consulting Engineers. Recently we have expanded our services to include supply, servicing and installation of Condair Humidifiers. We have completed numerous projects across the whole of Western Australia from small to large Commercial Works Shopping Centres Hospitals Mining Industrial Military Marine We currently have a team of 7 Staff, To Deal with Small to Medium Sized Projects. We Can Work In Conjunction with Other Contractors on Larger Projects. Our focus is to supply clients with an accurate commissioning and balancing Project Outcome through different levels of reporting as required to specific projects. We incorporate the best of NEBB and CIBSE procedural standards for all our Balancing and Commissioning works. We utilisie Building Start-Airnab online data base reporting system which allows live job deficiency reporting and data collaboration. Our ethos is quality, integrity and working in unison toward job completion.
