AIREN is a career management portal supporting senior real estate executives to develop and further their careers. The network is run on an invite-only basis creating a confidential, closed community of senior leadership talent where members can be responsible for managing their own data. AIREN promises to expand members’ personal networks, maximize their earning potential, and promote their personal brand. We provide resources to members to aid career and professional development through advice and coaching, as well as opportunities to engage in activities outside of day-to-day work, both cultural and philanthropic.
