We charge a simple, industry lowest, flat monthly fee (usually 5–9% of top-tier projected revenue), capped at 9% of gross. No hidden cuts, no surprise deductions. You get 100% of your payouts straight from Airbnb, VRBO, etc.saving ~3% in processing fees. This also eliminates internal accounting headaches and costs that are effectively passed to our clients.
