While searching for cleaning services for our own home, we identified many maids were restricted by their employers for services they can offer, how far they travel, how much they’ll actually earn. The maid that served our house drove 45 miles from the city, drove for nearly two hours, worked at our house until 11:30 PM, and then only received 50% of the total amount we paid! For the maid, this was lost time, fatigued and tired body, while also losing money after accounting for expenses.
