Airport Gurus (AG) is a consultancy firm specialized in airport business, operations and Information and Communication Technology (ICT), with wide international experience supporting our partners in- Airport Technical Support - Airport Functional Support - Airport Safety and Security Our aim is to jointly work with our business partners, bringing our experience and knowledge to the table, in order to provide coherent solutions to the airport’s needs. We are capable of providing deep knowledge and expertise at all the airport value chain, specially at the BUSINESS – OPERATION – IT link, joining our customers to provide them what they miss: From the analysis and definition of the airport operational processes and procedures, passing through the definition of systems map and its features. Supporting defined procedures until the deployment of such systems and the implementation of a continuous improvement process at the airport to allow its later evolution. Our broad knowledge about airport environment and specially its link with IT infrastructure and systems, reinforced with our international experiences, will allow our partners to address complexer projects with a higher guaranty of success.
