Airroc Nextgen Council

The AIRROC NextGen Task Force is a group of young professionals in the (re)insurance industry working to connect with other members in the industry. The task force creates intercompany relationships through holding and facilitating mentorship programs, educational sessions, networking events, and career development opportunities. Our members come from diverse backgrounds, disciplines, and functional areas; we aim to create an inclusive environment to sharing and learning in the run-off and (re)insurance market. The Task Force works on a number of initiatives to support AIRROC and our peers in the legacy space including: Educational sessions – sharing the latest industry developments and facilitating knowledge transfer Networking events – connecting peers from various backgrounds and promoting interactions with more senior AIRROC members Career development– offering credentials and providing opportunities for personal development
