The purpose of the Aitkin.org is to conduct various economic development, housing, and redevelopment programs within Aitkin County. This is done in a proactive manner in four basic steps 1) Identify business, talent and finance programs that will complement the existing business climate within Aitkin County. 2) Develop a targeted list of companies, talent and finance programs that fit Aitkin Counties needs. 3) Actively headhunt companies, recruit talent and seek investment that match best Aitkin Counties growth initiatives. 4) Execute and support financing, business planning and talent pool to place into service.
