AJD Engineering was launched in 2019 to offer Project Management training and coaching services to companies in the engineering & manufacturing sectors. A highly experienced and inspirational leader, Tony has 30+ years experience with a global FMCG company working across the diverse EMEA region and North America. For the last 12 years Tony led the central Engineering Team responsible for managing major capital projects (up to the value of $100 million) across the EMEA region. Tony has a passion for building talent and was responsible for developing the Project Management methodology, and the training and coaching of site based engineers to manage projects up to the value of $25 million. He also led the European Engineering Graduate scheme and is a fellow of the IMechE.
