We prepare high achieving Black & Latinx students for business careers in the technology industry. As the technology industry grows and builds products that change the landscape of our economy, it is essential to have Black & Latinx representation at the table. Currently in technology companies, Black & Latinx workers are underrepresented, especially in senior leadership positions. This underrepresentation starts at the beginning of the hiring funnel - entry level undergraduate roles. To achieve adequate representation in technology leadership, we will need to expand the number of Black & Latinx workers hired for these entry level roles. Ajuma does this by preparing Black & Latinx students for the interview process and providing mentorship post-hire.
