While working as an architect James realised that he could provide a value add for several of his largest clients by investing in those relationships and working closely with them to develop a genuine and deep understanding of their needs, help them develop ideas into viable business cases and briefs, and contribute the requisite knowledge and strong leadership qualities to successfully deliver major projects and capital works programs.
