AJW Africa designs and executes Shared Value Programs on behalf of Local, International and Regional Banks, Corporates, Donor Partners and other institutions seeking to create sustainable livelihoods in Africa, while realizing far reaching Business and Social Impact in varied sectors. The organization focuses on the creative, end-to-end formation of consortiums that pool competencies and resources together to solve the most pressing Socio-Economic problems in Africa especially Youth Unemployment, sustainability and growth of MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) and the application of Science, Technology, Innovation and Partnership in both Business and Development. Apprentice Job Work Africa (AJW Africa) serves as a sharp and targeted connector of Business, Communities and Ideas. AJW Africa’s focus area is the creation of livelihoods in all industries including the Agricultural Sector (Agri-business) while simultaneously solving socio-economic challenges such as Food Security. The organization applies innovative approaches such as Business Incubation and Franchising for the formation, growth and sustainability of MSMEs, and targeting support to critical groups such as Women and Youth.
