AkadRe GmbH is a specialized education company that supports international health professionals on their way to obtain their medical license in Germany. With our integrated offering consisting of individual counseling, professional language German courses and complementary coaching, we accompany international doctors, dentists, pharmacists and nurses. Thereby, we support them from the arrival in Germany, through passing the professional language exam (FSP), to their first job in their respective field. We offer solutions for individuals as well as for institutions such as hospitals, doctors’ offices, pharmacies, nursing homes or public authorities. In addition, we provide placement services for participants and institutions in order to fill vacancies or find successors for doctors’ offices. Our goal is to counteract the shortage of skilled workers in the healthcare sector and, at the same time, to enable motivated professionals to successfully integrate in Germany.
