Akkaoui Jisr is a general practice with offices in Lebanon and the UAE. It was formed in 2014 by two well-established law firms: Akkaoui Associés of Beirut, founded by Adnan Akkaoui in 1984 and El Jisr & Associates of Tripoli founded by the late Adnan Mohammad El Jisr in 1946. Akkaoui Jisr has a particularly reliable expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions, Alternative Investments and Project Financing and benefits from a track record of successful representations in various sectors across several jurisdictions. It also has an established and recognized capability in civil, commercial and criminal (white-collar) proceedings as well as a solid aptitude in local and international arbitration.
