Akma-Resbak

Alyansa Ng Mga Kristiyanong Mag-aaral- Responsible nga Balikatan han mga Kabataan (AKMA-ResBak) is an accredited student organization founded on October 24, in the only medical school in Tacloban City, Remedios T. Romualdez Medical Foundation (RTRMF). The organization is composed of students enrolled in the healthcare sciences including but not limited to medicine, nursing, medical laboratory science and physical therapy studies. AKMA-ResBak aims to promote five core values, specifically:(1) Authentic Christian Humanism (ACH);(2) Active Non-Violence (ANV),(3) Liberating Faith,(4) Filipino Nationalism; and (5) People's Democracy. The four flagship programs of AKMA-ResBak include the following:(1) Community Health Mitigation Program;(2) Environmental Risks Management Program;(3) Human Resource Development Program and Education; and (4) Child Welfare Program.
