Akp Recruiting

At AKP Recruiting, we've combined what traditional recruiting got right with what modern technology makes possible. We specialize in placing top-tier talent across Civil Engineering, Surveying, and Construction — industries where the right hire can make or break a project timeline. What sets us apart is the blend: 🤝 A close-knit team of recruiters who are passionate about building real, long-term relationships with clients and candidates — not transactional placements. 🤖 A modern AI tech stack that allows us to locate, screen, and submit qualified candidates at a much faster pace than traditional recruiting firms. We don't just fill roles. We go below the surface to make sure every client–candidate match is built for the long haul — the kind of fit that sticks, performs, and grows with your company. If you're hiring in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or Construction — or you're a top performer exploring your next move — let's talk. Visit us at
