We provide that essential Caribbean Soul Food, made with passion and love whilst maintaining high-end presentation standards which has not been done within Caribbean establishments. I aim to bring the finest takeaway Caribbean food that'll make you want to come back! However, we do have my twists in the food that we produce (when we say "twist" we won't be altering the Caribbean recipes completely as we appreciate authenticity but we will be adding our own style of food to just give you that extra something). As a certified Chef with a proven international track-record, I cannot let that talent and knowledge I have learned over the years go to waste. So the other big twist in Akz Kitchen is we will be serving restaurant quality modern European/French classic even Italian dishes in my pop up restaurants as that's how much we have learned and the type of establishments myself & our other chefs have worked at.
