Al Ajial Holding

AL AJIAL Holding is a new investment holding launched by the KUWAIT INVESTMENT AUTHORITY (KIA) to replace the Moroccan-Kuwaiti Development Group (CMKD), which has been active for three decades in Morocco in investment projects. The company aims at becoming one of the most active holdings in Morocco relying on its basic attractive features. To achieve this goal, KIA reinforced its financial engagement by increasing its capital to MAD 12 billion and by adopting a new strategy that targets diversifying investments in different business sectors of high potential. La société de participation AL AJIAL Holding est une holding de participation lancée par le Kuwait Investment Authority (KIA) pour prendre le relais du Consortium Maroco-Koweitien de Développement (CMKD), actif depuis trois décennies au Maroc dans la gestion des projets d’investissement. La société a pour ambition de devenir l’une des holdings les plus dynamiques au Maroc grâce à ses atouts et son assise financière solide. Pour atteindre cet objectif, KIA a renforcé son engagement financier en augmentant le capital de la holding à 12 milliards de Dirhams et en adoptant une nouvelle stratégie de diversification des investissements dans des secteurs d’activités à fort potentiel.
