Al Jaber Precision Engineering & Contracting LLC (AJPEC)” was established in 2011, formerly operated under “Al Jaber Precision Engineering LLC (AJPE)” which in turn was established in 1994 under the umbrella of “Al Jaber Group of companies”, the largest private sector employer in the UAE with more than employees, and a fleet of vessels, cranes, equipment, and machinery exceeding units. With an in-house design and development department, state of the art CNC-based manufacturing facility, our facilities situated on Square meters and located very close to the jetty of Mussafah port. AJPEC has an impressive portfolio of successfully executed projects across various commercial, residential, industrial, Energy and Oil & Gas disciplines. We are qualified to undertake full turn-key projects, including engineering, procurement items and construction; Supply, fabrication, and erection of structural & architectural steel projects, including special steel works (built-up girders and columns, heavy plate manufacturing and welding, trusses, crane girders, ship loaders, etc …). Steel storage tanks on turn-key basis including: design, supply, fabrication, surface finishing, erection, testing, and commissioning and as per international standards (API, AWWA, ASME, etc…), in addition to the associated process and utility piping and piping accessories (fittings, flanges, gaskets, valves, etc…), and including civil works. We succeed to deliver outstanding service to our customer in the field of TES tank (Thermal Storage Tanks), we delivered projects with total capacity of 1,124,220 RT.Hr (One Million One Hundred Twenty Four and Two Hundred Twenty) till the end of the business year 2016. Our services include in-house; Design, supply, fabrication, surface finishing, installation, and commissioning of pressure vessels and process equipment. In addition to steel fabrication, AJPEC has Precision CNC Manufacturing Facility, which caters to the most demanding mechanical jobs, and which also allows us to provide our customers with a comprehensive service, all under one roof, for projects involving a mix of fabrication and manufacturing. Our machine shop has the following capabilities: 5-axis CNC milling 3-axis CNC milling CNC turning CNC wire cut and EDM In-house heat treatment facility (Vacuum Furnace) including processes like annealing, normalizing, hardening, tempering, stress relieving, Nitriding, etc…) Our operations are accredited to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2004, and OHSAS 18001:2007, in addition to ASME U, R, S and PP stamps, as well; NB certificates.
