Established in 1983 by Dr. Ghassan Alkhawaja, Al Sondos Holding today has over 200 employees throughout Dubai only. In addition to its core business of property development, the Holding operates its own real estate brokerage, sales and property management subsidiaries and provides industrial services to others. Al Sondos Holding is using its Dubai formula for success and applying it to other markets both nationally and internationally with projects under development in other Middle East and CIS countries.
