He is regarded as one of the go to individuals when it comes to media training. Alan has worked in media for more than three decades. He spent 14 years as the Senior News Anchor/Correspondent at TV3. Our head of digital, Ryan O'Carroll, is a published academic whose acclaimed thesis appeared in the Journal of Promotional Communications. His thesis “A Dialectical Investigation into the Facebook Domain” concentrating on Gen Z behaviours and motivations which secured top prize in the European Thesis Competition (EACA) in 2020 and 2019 (ECSM).
