Alasana® is a sanctuary for self-discovery and personal growth. Our primary well-being services are Hypnotherapy, Counselling and Yoga. We are dedicated to helping you to cultivate your mind, body and spirit to find balance and inner peace in your life. Our aim is to provide you with a space where you can find community and joy and connect with like-minded people in a supportive and nurturing environment. A place where you can be seen and heard and feel safe, to drop the mask and find your true authentic self. Services include Hypnotherapy, Counselling, Yoga, Meditation and Women's circles.
