Alaska Rural Professional Development LLC is an Alaska Native, Woman-owned and operated organization that provides professional development skills training to individuals and organization throughout Alaska and beyond! We work with clients who range from high school students to leadership executives and individuals in organizations such as corporations, tribal organizations, other non-profits, and small businesses. With over 15 years of experience and expertise in rural Alaska providing job training, professional and leadership development, program development and implementation, we are dedicated to work collectively towards the unified goal of delivering quality training to transform Alaska's human resources. Our trainers are born and raised in rural Alaska who are culturally aware of operating business in remote villages. We are trained and experienced public speaking experts with the majority of us proficient in the Yup'ik language. Unlike other professional skills trainers in Alaska, we have the innate ability to deliver training content in a method translatable to the rural Alaskan culture.
