Alba Imoveis is a real estate agency located in Pontal do Maceio, Fortim, Ceara in Brasil. Not only it is the first real estate company but it is the first small family real estate company. We as sisters, me Blerina and Alida always dreamt of working together. Little did we know that it was not going to be NYC in the USA or Tirana in Albania, but Pontal do Maceio, Fortim. I first came to Pontal in 2004 and in 2005 made my first investment. Since then I have seen this region grow and develop unimaginably but one thing has not changed: It was and is a paradise in natural beauty and rich in local culture. Prior to coming to invest in Brazil, I worked as a real estate agent for several years in Manhattan, NYC. Throughout these years I have been accustomed to the challenges that an investor may face but also have seen the potential. I found that there was a void for an established, registered real estate agency and to fulfill that demand I went through the process of becoming a licensed broker. In May, 2019 I received my license as a real estate agent with the Regional Council of the real estate brokers here in Brazil known as CRECI. My CRECI no is 18191 and Alba Imoveis, our real estate agency is also licensed with the CRECI no 18568. My sister Blerina, is a licensed attorney and speaks more than five languages. Both of us believe that because of our background and long-term experience in the region we will intrigue you by the pool of opportunities that we will present.
