Albany Pest Control (registered Albany Environmental Services Limited) set out to offer a specialist service incorporating all aspects of pest prevention and environmental services. Ensuring at all times that only the highest calibre of field and office staff were employed, whilst still providing affordable and competitive prices relative to the industry. Albany’s head office was established in London’s Soho in 1998 expanding and launching a second office in Chelmsford, Essex in 2014. In 2022 the London office relocated to Russell Square, in central London. In March 2020, Albany joined the Orkin UK group of companies. Albany’s office and field staff alike have been industry standard certified and offer clients friendly, efficient and personal service at all times. Staff are also experienced in answering any questions regarding environmental issues. Albany achieved a reputation synonymous with service excellence, finding many new clients engaging simply through reputation. Considered experts in our field, with many years’ experience within the industry, Albany evolved and implemented a variety of aspects to the business of both urban and rural pest control. Carrying out work for many government buildings means that service staff are DBS checked, something that many clients find a great peace of mind, considering the sensitivity of the work being carried out.
