Ensure the establishment and development of the operational functions and business processes for the Beira (Dondo) facility and to expand these processes to inland facilities/countries in compliance with company vision and policies 6. Initiating, maintain and enforce all company policies and procedures across all operational facilities 7. Sourcing appropriate and adequate contractors, resources and equipment including recruitment and development os staff 8. Source, secure and manage multiple accounts by providing tactical leadership for a stable logistics environment in the entire business 9. To achieve financial objectives by preparing budget, scheduling expenditure, analyse variances and initiate corrective action 10. Ensure effective transport/distribution management and warehouse services. Maintain a safe and reliable fleet, equipment and environment 11. Develop contingency plans to manage all business risks 12. Ensure a sound relationship with all stakeholders by overall growth, self-sustainability and exploring new initiative of all storage, transport and distribution operations at current and future facilities including hazardous goods 13. Keep updated with all operational legislation and regulation for national and cross border activities including health and safety 14. Report and present on financial performance, P&L forecast for individual and combined facilities
