Its innate nature is discursive and willfully inefficient. For all their best intentions to nurture creativity, leaders of organizations, communities, and institutions often find the same colorful chaos that makes creativity so impactful is also what keeps its greatest potential just out of reach. Other consultancies try to solve for this by attempting to straighten out the kinks, implementing strategies that suggest a singular, streamlined approach to creativity.
