Since founding Alcove Designs in 1987, my work has taken me to homes all around London and our home counties. I pride myself on providing a bespoke and personalised service and on creating fitted storage solutions which meet the individual needs exactly. I always take into account personal tastes and style and have worked on a wide range of projects from Victorian conversions and Georgian manor houses to new build apartments and office buildings. My skills and experience have enabled me to design, craft and care for each cabinet and every storage space delivered by Alcove Designs. As London’s first specialist alcove furniture company, our aim is to design custom-made bespoke furniture from wardrobes and cabinets, to shelving and walk-ins which are in keeping with the period of the house. We still adhere to these original principles, and believe that good design lies in the balance of form and function.
