In my 20-year career, I had risen from working the front desk at a hotel to a successful tech executive. I worked intense long hours with a crazy travel schedule. Because I wasn’t taking care of my health, I had a panic attack at work and was put on medication. Sometime later, I went to Costa Rica. On a beautiful hike to a waterfall, I was robbed and almost kidnapped. I felt helpless and paralyzed with trauma. I slept with three chairs on the door. Situations like this make or break you, and I didn’t want to give power to someone I didn’t know. It was then that I decided to deepen my wellness practice. I’d been on a journey of self-discovery since I met an Energy Healer when I was thirteen. I was fascinated by the psychology of self-improvement and how we process life’s traumas. Throughout my career, I’d learned about yoga, meditation, breathwork, and Reiki. In my room in Costa Rica, I put all the pieces of my life back together by creating a wellness routine. I’ve always felt that helping others was my calling. Now, I want to give people the opportunity that I was given to reach my potential. I know there’s a different way, a better way, a happier, healthier, easier way. Let me teach you what I’ve learned on my journey so you can reach your potential too
