As a local Charleston native, Executive Chef/Partner Brent Furry is pleased to open the kitchen at Alexander Briggs. At an early age, he developed a passion for food which led him to attend Kendall College of Culinary Arts in Chicago. He continues to grow everyday and is excited to inspire and educate guests about the food around them. Sourcing produce from farms close to home, we are sure your meal will be one to remember!
