Alexander Technical Institute (ATI) is an organization that has served the architectural paint industry for the past four years by providing testing, training, and product development assistance to coatings manufacturers and raw material suppliers. ATI’s newly constructed, custom laboratory is located in Costa Mesa, CA, very close to John Wayne Airport. The institute was founded by Cyriac Alexander, who has over 50 years of experience in the paint business including over 20 years as a Senior Executive at Behr Paint Company where he was in charge of their product development and purchasing divisions. Altogether, ATI’s employees have over 300 years of combined experience in the paint industry.
