From the moment we answer the phone to the moment our customers fire up their patio heaters, we support them through the process of selecting the best patio heaters and, locally, installing them. We will even work with your installer to ensure the best possible usage of your patio heater, if you live outside of our service zone. After installation we remain available for customer service and, in the San Francisco bay area, repair service. If it’s outdoors, we would love to help heat it.
