Founded in 1987 in the city of Sana’a, Algarash was the latest addition to the Hizam family group of companies. The new company was to assume various activities including the importation of Tires, drilling equipment, pharmaceuticals, and various electrical products and equipments. The list of companies represented by AlGarash includes names such as Nestle, Pfizer, Sanofi Aventis, The Lincoln Electric Company, Sandvik, Kumho and much more. In addition to the import business, the group has introduced the supermarket concept to Sana’a by launching AlHuda Supermarket during the year 1995.
